GOD’S PURPOSE AND PLAN FOR HIS MINISTRY AT ANTIOCH

Some of the greatest truths that have been brought forth in this ministry that will carry Antioch into well into the 21st century and centuries to come are:

	We must be sold out in developing our relationship with God through Christ Jesus.
	We must be consumed with the work of God – the ministry.
	We must be ready to move when God tells us to do something.
	We must be obedient.
	We must become people of action.

God is calling us to be diligent, persistently pursuing His plan in order to keep us focused and fruitful. We strongly believe that it is His purpose for us to be fruitful and multiply, and subdue and have dominion over every circumstance and situation in our lives.

While this is the basis of the covenant agreement (the Edenic Covenant) God made at the very beginning of time with His people, it also further establishes and focuses upon every covenant agreement thereafter. In particular, we draw our attention to the Abrahamic Covenant because this is how our Heavenly Father revealed His plan for leading us, the Body of Christian Believers at Antioch.

We thank God that at this dispensation of time, His word is true, it changes not, and He watches over it to perform it. The prophetic word spoken to our forefathers – Abraham, Isaac and Jacob

“And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing. And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis 12: 2, 3

further establishes God’s purpose and plan. This is distinctly knowledgeable after having the privilege of closely examining how he initially positioned His people to fulfill His purpose, and how that position has not changed even today.

Spiritual wisdom and revelation knowledge of His Word bring us to a greater understanding of how God’s plan is accomplished through His anointed and appointed pastoral leadership.

God is good! He is our Great Provider – Jehovah Jireh. He is whatever we need. He is El Shaddai – more than enough. Only an all-wise, all-knowing, ever-present and everlasting God of purpose, could initiate a plan such as this. With much joy and excitement we celebrate an abundant life with a blessed assurance and hope of glory! This hinges on the prophetic promises spoken in days past. To God be the glory that His plan to bless us (physically and spiritually) has not changed. He has purposed to bless us with:

SALVATION
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith,
“Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.”
Romans 10: 10, 11

AUTHORITY IN THE EARTH
And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
Luke 10: 17-20

BAPTISM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Acts 1:8

ANSWERED PRAYER
And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us: and if we know that He hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.

FAITH
And Jesus answering said unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he said shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever be said.
